To me, the artist's name looks like Charles Lilya. I cannot find anything similar. I was wondering if perhaps someone might be able to offer some insight with a fresh pair of eyes. Thanks!

I'm thinking an early sketch by Charles Levier - in 1945.
He would have been 25 years old.
I can see the title - does it say Portrait of a Phychiatrist -
he could have been influenced -by Picasso's styles at that time - before he became a bigger known artist - maybe a pre sketch of a painting he did?
