1927 edition of "Recipes for Fish and Seafood" copyrighted and published by the United States Fisheries Association, New York, NY with recipes approved by Good Housekeeping Institute. A hardcover book of 96 pages of the safe, healthy and effective preparation of seafood. This one was sold at the Sea Food Grotto, Detroits Exclusive Seafood Restaurant, 212 W. Grand River, Detroit for 10 cents. Includes all seafood from Alewifes to Whale.
