Amazing film developer by The Morse Instrument Co. For 16 and 35 Millimeter film.
I can date this by the metal label on it that reads 'Property, U.S. Army Air Forces'. The Army and Air Force broke apart in 1947, which dates this before that time. It's possible this is a field instrument.
