This is 1931 paperback recipe booklet titled "Knox Gelatin - Dainty Desserts, Candies, Salads" published by the Knox Gelatin Co., Johnstown, NY. It is 47 pages of recipes using Knox Gelatin products. Very nice cover art and on the reverse with the white and black girls with their jello creations. I guess the cow is used in the logo since gelatin comes from cow bones.
