This is a 12 page booklet distributed at the Century of Progress International Exposition (Chicago World's Fair) 1933-1934 promoting Quaker Oats. Published in 1934 by The Quaker Oats Co., Chicago, Ill. it includes several recipes and the entire production information of a rolled oat. The first page shows an illustration of the Aunt Jemima's Cabin at the Fair Exhibit. This item is in pristine condition.
