Picked up this painting some time ago at an estate sale. Dont know much about it and can make out the artist's name. It looks to be Houowden or Hollowden with the first initial of J or T. It has a sticker on the back that says Metropolitan Museum of Art. New York City. It measures 18" tall and 16" wide.

I would contact the Met and find out what they can tell you about it since it appears to be once owned by them.
