This is the Ball Brothers Glass Company Blue Book of Canning and Preserving Recipes. This is the 1930 copyright version edition O-2 published by the Educational Department of Ball Brothers Co., Muncie, Indiana. It is an illustrated 56 page paperback detailing equipment and canning recipes for preserving fruits, fruit juices, vegetables, meat, poultry, and fish products. Also is a description of their various assorted famous Ball jars including Perfect Mason, Ideal, Wide Mouth, Perfect Seal, and National red rubber seals.
