Trenton N.J.
1887 - 1907
They manufactured low & medium grade watches. Following their failure, thy were purchased by Robert H. Ingersoll & Bro. in 1908.
This is serial number 11820 and is a model 1 noted by the raised center on the top plate, model 2 had a flat top plate.. model 1 was manufactured from 1887 through mid-1889. The change from the 1st model to the 2nd model is around serial number 63000.
According to Shugarts Guide to Watches, serial numbers started around 2,001.

    I received a pocket watch from a very old relative and I would like more information about it such as when it was made and is it gold or gold plated. It says Trenton on the face and the serial number is 619274. I will not sell the watch because it has great sentimental value to me. I would like a rough value of the watch if anyone knows. I thank anyone who can help. Jim
