San Francisco Bay Area artist William T. Wiley often sends handmade or printed greeting cards to people. Here's one he sent to me for New Year's 1985/86. It's a drawing on paper, about 7 by 10 inches. The phrases "Who is not a native" and "Who is not an alien" recur often in his work.
