Thats a great find
Gamewell Fire Alarm Telegraph company. This is what we refer to as the '24 style box. This style of FA box came out in 1924 and was manufactured the same way until 1951. There were minor changes along the way, though, the shell material was changed from cast iron (magnetic) to Herculite (aluminum alloy, Gamewell trademark) in 1927-1928 (non-magnetic) The other way to identifiy the approximate time period is the "guts" (inner workings of the box) these changed types, designs several times during the production run of 1924 to 1951. The various changes can be found in one of the two books written on the subject of municipal fire alarm telegraph equipment
