Hope someone can help me identify the maker of this vintage (?) porcelain or faience dresser or powder box. There is a mark which looks to have been covered for some reason and the name Roger written on the base. She measures about 6.5" tall. French, German or Japanese ? Any possibility it is one of the ones made by Noritake? thanks for all info!
