This one is pretty special to me. When I graduated from the 8th grade my parents gave me this identical radio as a present. It went everywhere with me all through high school and even into the Air Force with me. Unfortunately, one day while relaxing on the beach in Vietnam, I got sand in it and it never worked right after that. So when I saw this one up for auction I just had to have it for my collection. It plays perfectly, and uses 4 "D" size batteries.
