This was a great weekend for finding vintage clothing! I never heard of Victor Costa, but googled to find some info on him. The dress clings to the waist & has a nice v neck, really shows a woman's curves! The fabrics is just wonderful, sparkling metallic, maybe organza. The tag reads "Victor Costa Romantica" with a union made tag also attatched. My pictures don't do it justice. I'm a size 8 & it fits me perfectly, which is kind of humbling as it is a size 14! It really shows how much we Americans have grown!
