I HAVE SEARCHED THE INTERNET AND CAN FIND NOTHING ON THIS PERCOLATOR. IT HAS A SWIVEL SPIGOT, CLOTH COVERED CORD WITH A "LIGHT SWITCH" TYPE ON/OFF SWITCH ON THE PLUG IN TO THE POT. IT HAS A RELEASE VALVE OF SOME KIND BELOW THE RELEASE HANDLE. IT IS MISSING THE PERCOLATOR INNARDS. THE HANDLES ARE BLACK AND APPEAR TO BE WOOD. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ERA IT IS FROM BUT IT IS IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION.

I've got one fairly similar to the one in your pictures and most of these style of coffee pots date from the turn of the 20th century to about 1930. If you're curious about value, I would guess you might be able to get about $15 for it. They don't really command a very high price, which is a shame because they're so beautiful, especially if it's not complete. Still, it's a nice display piece!
