Since the girls are in their Sunday clothes on farm I hope no ducks got them dirty ;) Love the innocence of this photo and a time of simple pleasures . My Grandmother and part of the 12 kids in her family in front of farm house .

Walksoft (David ) LOL no I am not going metal detecting with packrat it was meant to say I would see him on his site with his new finds :-) I wish I could go though. Way to hot in TX for me . How are you doing ? I need to email you very soon , been hard to reply to emails I do a few at a time . So glad you enjoy my photo's I was blessed to have so many of my family .
I think my Grandmother was about 15 on here Walksoft .But she always loved animals as was a very good farmer till her passing .

I thought packrat might be coming up to Wisconsin to give you a lesson in metal detecting. I don't blame you for not wanting to go because of the heat, I don't do well with the heat either. I'll stick with Manitoba at least we only have a few months when it gets hot.
LOL Walksoft I doubt we would find anything here . Packrat is in great location to find things . It has been miserable hot and humid here for a week now they say it will cool off soon. Please send some Canada air down ASAP :-)

Well I know when my I was at farm my Grandmother served Duck on special events . I personally don't like it but my guess is that this was a farm photo and that your likely right Thrifty :-( Poor little ducklings )
