You gotta love Madonna!
Well I certainly did. So much so I had an A4 Border of her pictures cut out of magazine as a Wall Freeze Border all the way around my teenage bedroom. Lol.
I also cut up my mum's beautiful old vintage lace gloves (have never forgiven myself) into fingerless gloves so I could be just like her. I even considered a root perm!
I had a whole stack of awesome LP's I sold off in a garage sale about 3 years ago - I could never part with madonna though.
I also made a scrapbook as a teen with thousands of cut outs of pictures of madonna - I will have to hunt it out. And I think I watched Desperately Seeking Susan (of which I had the most awesome lifesize poster that I think got tragically chucked over the years) about a thousand times. She was just so cool.
She is after all the Queen of Pop!

My father never forgave me either for de-contructing a pair of rosary beads to become a hippie in the 60's. Now I'm over 60. Did your Mum forgive you? But I'm with you: Madonna = QoP (but don't forget old ozzie Kylie, Katy P and Queen Gaga 2!, Aretha, Tina T and Tina A). Rock on, girlfriend!
LOL oh my god rosary beads - that's terrible and hilarious all in one. Yes I think mum forgave me but I think we all mourned those beautiful gloves. I think I kept the chopped off finger pieces in case we could ever reconstruct them! How tragic.
My stepfather has never forgiven me for posting one of his POP ART Postcards from a Limited Edition Boxed Set he had - I thought it was cool and stupid that they just sat on the shelf - so I mailed one! God! I think he nearly had a heartattack. I hope your father saw the funny side at some point.

already told you how i thought of Madonna, i suck at names , BUT , i luv most of the female vocalists. Call me a dork, but one of my all-time fav.s is the chick (sorry about that) that fronts the 4non blonds. Now that little gals got RANGE!!!
