More pocket knives we found packed away. Haven't done much to them or researched them yet except to get the markings.
The top knife originally had four blades but only three are left. It is marked A. Field & Co., Criterion, Germany. Only 2 1/2" closed and 5 1/8" tip to tip fully opened.
The bottom knife we know a bit of history on. It is an Imperial knife. It was purchased and personalized in Miami, Florida. Near as we know this was bought during or not long after WWII. One side shows a tropical scene with the word MIAMI over the scene. The other side of the handle has Albert Lewis engraved in it. Albert lived in Pemberton, NJ and died in a more or less accident shortly after WWII. The story goes that he was building a raft for the town beach. He was using old steel oil barrels for flotation. He went to cut the top off a barrel with a torch but hadn't filled the barrel with water to prevent an explosion. I will end the story with that.
