The bottom stamp is a cross of arrows and number 8235. Its either China or porclean and I am more interested who uses this stamp. I bought it at a garage sale and can not find any info.

This is an Arnart piece. Arnart was a Japanese import company that often tried to imitate Kalk Porcelain from Germany. Yours is an Arnart, and dates in the 1960s. Very nice piece!
