Bring back, from Kuwait, during the 1st Gulf war. Russian steel helmet used by Iraqi occupational forces, I have no idea which group it belongs to, but the lad that brought it back thought it was something to do with "special police", anyone got any ideas?. I have seen similar colour and writing but on the more usual plastic style Iraqi helmet.
