I found the Hobo Joe in an old demolished building about 25 years ago. It was 1/2 burried in the animal muck left in the building.
The second cup with the clown and bear/giraffe pictures I found when turning ground to make a flower garden. This little cup is only 2 1/2 inches tall.
Neither of these have any makers marks on the bottoms or bases.
I have no idea where to start looking to find age/makers/value of these items. Would appreciate any help anyone could give me!

Hobo has a ® so researching his title should bring you back results.
You will find all the info you need just researching the name Hobo Joe. Google brought back thousands of hits and images. It was a coffee shop chain during the 70's and if your cup is in good shape it is worth around $5. Your cup is shown a number of times in the images.
I had googled and only came up with that there was a restaurant by that name in the southern part of the US. I also found pictures of a Muppet character and small figurines that were called Hobo Joe but looked more like Emmit Kelly.
Thank you for your help, I appreciate it!
