This is my Uncirculated Proof of a 1933 Twenty Dollar gold piece. I love this coin, so I had to get it. It's all I can do not to take it out of it's safety enclosure, just to feel it in my hand, but I have to resist.

You do know that it is a gold-clad piece, right. The original Saint Gaudens was .96750 oz pure gold. Your piece is considered a replica medal although it is a beautiful specimen piece.
If he didn't read that card in pic #2 you just ruined his day.
I read it-- No problem!! Thanks fhrjr2
musikchoo - is there a circular scratch on the plastic holder as shown on picture one or is that just camera flashback? Since you have the coin out, you can get a new holder at any coin store or hobby place and make the display much clearer.
As a coin collector, we all know the Saint Gaudens design has been called the most beautiful U.S. coin design ever minted.
It is just a reflection of the camera lens, but thanks for the concern mustangtony
