City of Milwaukee 1925 Licensed Automobile Driver badge which is just a fancy way of saying taxi driver license. Most state governments issue these but in Wisconsin the local governments and not the state got to tap this source of tax revenue. The early pre WWII badges are scarce to rare depending on the date due to the WWII scrap metal drives or so I’m told.
