Here we have Steiff's standing brown, black, tan, and grey Steiff Okapi. He is 14 cm, unjointed, and made from velvet which has been airbrushed in incredible detail. He has a black mohair mane, felt ears, and black and brown pupil eyes. His tail is made from thick cord.
This jungle gem was manufactured in 14, 28, and 43 cm from 1958 through 1970. This particular example is from the 1959-1967 timeframe.
