Am not positive this is Loetz. There is no signature and it has a polished pontil. It stands 9 1/2" high and at the widest point in the ruffled top it is also 9 1/2". It has 3 large dimples each 1/3rd of the way around the base. It also is in excellent condition - no cracks and is a heavy piece of glass. Need help identifying and with value.
Thanks.

Looks like a Loetz Rusticana variant. Nice one!
Color is hard to see in photo. Definitely a piece of Loetz Rusticana, most likely Candia Silberiris in color. Nice vase!!!
Just wanted to add that the decoration was developed in 1899. A quick check of the book didn't show the form number. If you have any other questions, my email is on my profile.
Excellent form of a known and documented Loetz decor. Congrats.
