I believe this to be an unsigned 1940's Coro brooch. It is in pretty good condition, the paint shows little wear for the age. There is one missing rhinestone as seen in the second photo, they are small and it's not real noticable. It is approximately 2.5" tall and nearly 3" across the bottom.
