These RPPC's were in a recent album that I purchased, Camp Seaford was located on the Coast of England at Seaford. It comprised of two parts North & South Seaford, it was set up at the beginning of WWI to train & house soldiers from Wales & the NW of England.
Beginning in 1916, the Camps housed Canadian Troops, this continued until after the War, as Canadian Soldiers waited to go home. In 1919 2000 soldiers stuck at Seaford rioted when one of their fellows was beaten & arrested by a camp picket,for walking with his hands in his pockets. Shortly after this incident the Canadians were shipped home & the camps were closed.
It's possible that these belonged to a Canadian Soldier, as the album contained 40 PC's from location around the UK & ended up at an auction in Manitoba.
