Seeming as I just blew up my fathers Flymo attempting to mow his lawns whilst he is away I probably should have resisted this temptation....
My new purchase I found for about about half price on internet. YIPPPPEEEE.
I have been waiting for this scent for yonks.....it smells like heaven.
The bottle is quite masculine with silver coil thread around top - personally I would prefer the bottle to be like the Miss Dior bottle but I'm not complaining!
It's a fabulous scent - like heaven.
On the package it says: "This floral bouquet glorifies the freshness of the Lily of the Valley, the lucky charm flower of Chrsitian Dior and emblem of his Fashion House.
My other photos wouldn't load so I will retry at later time.

Hi, flowerrose! How thoughtful of you to mow your Dad's lawn. I am sure he understands about the Flymo and would want you to lift your spirts now. Diorissimo will send you soaring! So glad you treated yourself. Take care. miKKo
Hi miKKo - I have instructed my father to bring home a lawnmower lol!! Actually I wouldn't really call it the lawn a lawn more like Pioneering through scrub and bush!! No wonder I busted it!!
I wore this today for the first time - YIPPEEE - I smelt like heaven for the whole day! Interestingly I could still smell this on me (wafting) over 5hours after first spray (usually the scent fades for me - others can smell it but not me - but not this one!!) I can still smell it now heading into the evening if I move my clothes.
I think it may have become my Favourite over Alchemie. Tough decision!
Hi, flowerrose. So glad that the generous soul who battled the wild for her father has found suitable refreshment! Yes, this is a very special scent; quite feminine and very distinctive. Once one has encountered it, one will always remember it - with the joy of Spring, a field of lilies of the valley, a beautiful June bride. Not in the same way that one remembers some scents. In my opinion, many contemporary scents try too hard to be 'clever' or 'complex' and never achieve 'beauty'. Best wishes, miKKo
Hi MiKKo - a June bride - lovely term!! It was birthday this month so I will settle for June Birthday Girl scent :-)
Yes I think it is an outstanding perfume. I think it puts my others to shame actually. I still love Alchemie and Couture Couture but this knocks them out of the park for quality. It smells so pure when wearing it. So fresh.
I agree with the too clever and complex bit. I remember reading that about the man who made this one - and his intention was to return to simplicity. I think was Chrisitan Dior's favourite and the man who made it (his name is hard to spell off top my head! Roudinska?) was most proud of his Diorella creation. My vote is Diorissimo.
BRAVO!
p.s miKKo - one thing I have noticed about this perfume is - it's has a mind - scent all of it's own. All my other perfumes adapt to my skin and you can make them your own like an extension of you. But this one isn't like that. It is it's own thing and you can't adapt it to your body - it makes your body have to adapt to it!!! Fascinating. I can tell my body is having a dilemma understanding that and trying to tune in to this new HeavenScent!
How fabulous that a perfume can do that. I think all perfume should do that. Be that powerful.
I love it!
Hi, flowerrose! I wonder if it's the lily of the valley that is 'immutable'. I think that it's the 'lily' that I always perceive and then after some moments judge the person to be wearing Diorissimo. I wonder what factors render this note so 'audible' and persistent.... I am glad that the fragrance gives you joy. miKKo
Hi miKKo! Yes I think it is the Lilly note. But then again I think it could be all the notes!? I didn't wear any today and I feel naked like that Barbie Doll that was just posted up!
I suspected this for some time but now it is confirmed: Edmond Roudnitskawas a genius.
