UPDATE ON VASES TRADED TO A FRIEND FOR A MOSER ORIENTAL.

1. RINDSKOPF: I DID HAVE THE 9" VASE. THE OTHER IS A PERFECT 6". AND QUITE RARE: MATTE AVENTURINE.!

2. RINDSKOPF, KRALIK LOETZ, ANYTHING BUT GERMAN. IT REMINDS ME OF PERSICA. LEFT HAND, OLD, 9"; RIGHT, TRADE, 8.3/4". TOP QUALITY NO MATTER WHO. OK--I'LL ACCEPT POSH BUT NO JH OR HECKERT!

3. LOETZ DIANA TWO-HANDLED VASE, 6", RIGHT HAND CORNER, ACCOMPANIED BY OTHERS IN THE SAME LINE. I AM SURE I WILL FIND IT IN RICKE II, SINCE ALL THE OTHERS HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED THIS FAR. WARREN JUST PROVIDED IT: 146 (ALT. 8023, 1999).

AND, AS A BONUS: AN INKWELL IN ITS (NEW) BASE. I HAD THE FRAME WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED INKWELL. IT SO HAPPENED THIS ONE FIT PERFECTLY, AND TO BOOT, I ADDED MY TEMPERA BRUSH (MY NEXT PROJECT: TO RESTORE MY LAMPS WHEN COLD PAINTED), AND A NACRE QUILL (YES, MY HANDS ARE SURPRISINGLY BETTER. I AM GOING TO TRY FOUNTAIN PENS).

Beautiful - they look right at home! The Diana is in Ricke, Al - check out my previous article on this piece - the line drawing is there:
