Im not real big on "googling" info. off of the web, seems im a analog guy in a digital world. But i do know that this particular style of Mobil gas pump sign was probably the last of the porcelain pump sign era. The Mobil Premium sign (in pict#3) coming in right before this style. Anyway, even thow its not a real antique, i havent seem this sign before, & the e-bay gods were smiling on me this day (price wise). Now, which of you sneaky sign lovers stole my Texaco Sea Chief sign out from under me in the last seconds of bidding? LOL (that ok, alls fair in love & signs)

Gargoyle, you fast button puncher you! Nice grab, that sign doesnt come up much, dous it? Ill bet your bidding on that "Ohio, Indiana area Texaco sign arnt you? Make you a deal, i wont bid that up if you dont bid up the "red & white Localized" sign anymore?!?!? The problem is ive already put a 121.01$ bid on "your" sign.
Hea gargoyle, i just returned to that item & realized something, sorry, but i guess we might have to "but heads" on that item. Its not that i have to have the sign, id gladly bow out (to you) on it, its just that i need the display frame thats being auctioned off with it!! I would make it up to u with that scooter plate, its just my e-mail is so screwed up right now i cant even see if u sent a mailing add. !!!
Thank you Sean
