PICKED THIS UP AT THE D.A.V. TODAY. IN NEAR PRISTINE CONDITION AND STILL OPERATIONAL.I JUST HAPPENED TO HAVE A 12 VOLT ADAPTER FOR IT OR IT USES 8 "D" CELLS. THE HEAD LOOKS LIKE IT HAS NEVER HAD A TAPE PLAYED ACROSS IT. MADE IN JAPAN FOR THE S.S. KRESGE COMPANY k-MART. YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY CHANGE THE TRACKS. NO IDEA AS TO AGE BUT COULDN'T RESIST IT WHEN I SAW IT.
