This is a 1966 "Unauthorized" Mickey, I posted one just a moment ago myself. These were not license by Disney, and are really neat with the tongue sticking out. Note in the last several years, several newer ones have been popping up out of china, but they look a shade different. You have to be carefully not to mistake them for the older ones.
Yes Dave, this is one of the 1966 version. Note the this one of the early ones. Your blue one is consider as 1966, but was probably made 1968-70. The difference in the two,is the earliest ones ,have the three dots at the belt line. Then there's one with almost plaid shorts.
