This is a Sohio (now BP) of Toledo Refinery safety award presented in 1957 to either employees, or a division of the refinery for 3 years (January 1954 to December 1956) of "No Disabling Injuries". Not sure what exactly qualifies as a "disabling injury", but congratulations nonetheless! Measuring 6 1/2" x 9", it is a very unique sign!
