This is 'Rodney II' (the first one exploded). It is a 7 triode, super-duper heterodyne, retrogressive bi-polar regenerative transceiver featuring my patented 'temporal solenoid inducer'. That's a component which utilises the retrogressive aspects of space-wave frequences, effectively tuning in to signals that were broadcast in an earlier timeframe, sometimes: decades. It is, in effect, a time machine. First developed during the war but perfected in the late 1950's. This set is built on the chassis of a 1920's valve gramophone.
