I just got this off of E-bay, I'll post another posting right behind this one to show the remainder of the photos. You'll understand why it takes two posting to show this watch.
It's a size 18s .800 silver, Key wind, Key set, 15 Jewel, 1895 World Expo Weltausstellung Gold medal winner, Galonne pocket watch with exterior cover case and chain with the keys. The second posting will show the three finger bridge and the inner cover plate and the dial with hinged bazel and crystal.

The exterior case you refer to shown in photo #1, is like one I picked up in an antique shop with a dollar watch in it. My case, on the front (watch chain end) is marked:
Primus D.R.G.M. On the back (opposite end) is marked: 22.

Dave, on the back of this one, has 22 1/2 at the bottom and "Flume" in script writing with "Werkmann" printed under that.

Your watch does not have a bow to attach a chain to, so it would need another case like this to put it in to safely carry it. The dollar watch which was in mine did not belong in it. I bought it for the extra case anyway. not even sure what kind of watch it was.
