Nice old fire extinguisher -- but I do have a question about it. To me it looks like an old artillery shell that has been re-purposed. I believe it was made around 1920's by the look of it. Has anyone seen or heard of a blank shell being transformed in this way -- or perhaps a manufacturer simply using a process for both purpose. Or I could be completely wrong -- which I have thought about...
