Gates 3-hook hose & belt hanger. Im not exactly sure when these were replaced by the "next generation" of Gates metal hanger, but i believe the next gen. just says Gates, with a different style of hook support. I may be ass-backwords on this. If so , i know someone out there will LUV to correct me!! LOL . Seriously, we sold plenty of these hoses & belts. The first time i remember (noticing) the hangers wsw in the 1970s. Thets because i ws restocking the parts with a long (hood on a long stick, & at that time Gates was using a (approximently) 3 ft. black wooden system that held (again, approximently) 18 items on a foldaway metal rod , you could mount to a wall end-to-end & apply (supplied) paper I.D. tags under the hook. You mostly saw these in parts stores, but we had them in our retail sevice stations , due to high volume & types. Im assuming these were probably (mostly) used in the serice station applications.
