Would love some help identifying who this cat is. Marks on bottom indicate Grafton China and Sons England, with a "B", "A", and "J" in the knot. Online site I found says this marking was used from 1900 to 1913. The figurine is 4 inches in height and has green glass eyes.
He looks like a cartoon or storybook character with his snappy bow tie and big smile. Thanks for viewing!
