I wasn't going to post this yet, but geo26e made mention of it earlier today. It is one of my lastest E-Bay finds and this is one of the listings photos.
This is one of the Mickey 20th Birthday Edition's. It was produced by Ingersoll (US TIME) in 1949 and is one of the ten different characters in the series. Note this one has a luminous dial and hands. Out of the ten characters only seven are known to be produced with the feature.
