    This is a Walt Disney Duck Pencil Sharpener, still usuable and puts out good sharp pencils. On the back top it says Walt Disney and on the bottom rear says 1960.

      I grew up in Des Plaines, IL and had one of these in the basement attatched to the stud in the wall. I can't tell you how many times I pulled the duck off to empty it! Memories.
