While I was snapping pics earlier I figured I would get these guys in on the act too. Both lights came from guys I work with, the Michelob was a nice " help me move" gift from one and the Bud was in the other guy's, late grandfather's den and his grandma is now downsizing so, he thought it would fit better here than in the dump.

Nice rec room! Too bad the ceiling (Approx 7 ft.) in my basement are too low for that type of lighting! Very nice!
Thanks jameyrd, The pic may be a little deceiving because I only have 6' 8" to the joist down there. I just put the lights where folks can't walk, LOL
You have the exposed ceiling like I do, but I talked a painter customer/friend into spraying them black years ago. 6'8" may be about right for my ceiling too. I will have to look into what I can get away with!
Short friends, LOL I was anxious to build the bar and set the table so I stuck with bare joists. the walls and floor were enough considering I'm only renting as well.
2 of my nephews are 6'5", they have to duck when they come down the stairs! Me, I'm 5'10"; so I am good!
Thanks Ed and Perry!!!
THATS the place to "fall off of the edge of the world" . NICE getaway!
Thanks mikie, I do spend some time away from the world there, for sure!!!
