    Hi , would appreciate any thoughts on the factory maker of this..and also if anyone can identify the actual designer..it is quite unusal ..well at least to me.!

    My gut feeling is Carstens... but you can see the Austria stamp on the bottom..did they have a factory there ?
    any advice appreciated
