This dress is shown on my Grandmother on another post she was about 15 at time 1915 was the year . I took it out of trunk today a bit wrinkled but still still lovely . Mostly hand made , All the girls in the family of 12 children had a white dress like this . It was their Sunday dress and made by my Great Grandmother . I have posted me wearing it for a special day a few years ago . It was a perfect fit nearly shoulders slipped but I know she was pleased I choose that dress for the day and not a new store made one .

Thank You walksoft(David) My cousin had kept it in Canada until about 1995 when she brought it here on a visit she made . It had been stored in Ardath all those years she was a keeper of other wise lost items . So it has been from here to next to you and back home :-)

Thanks Hedge . I know what ya mean :-) there is not a price on everything and unless I find the hope diamond this is priceless to me and needs no monetary value . Family history and family heirlooms are just that . It doesn't matter how much money it is worth . I am the caretaker of it for my time here :-)

Hi Micheal yes that is me wearing it . I needed a dress for the event and didn't have one so I just happened to remember Grandmothers dress and tried it on yep it was a keeper for me I am not to fancy so it suited my likes .
