I assume the first one is also Leyendecker... I have several images which display the cool, calm control over the beast [within?] of image 2. Image 3 is typical of the images he's done of women and men which i've seen in my tiny collection - not touching and not at all romantic - cold and unattached. image 4 is very ego-driven - sun-god?

i think that the first and second one are pretty rare, as i haven't come across many online images of them - a few of the first one, but none of the second one. i never thought that these had any monetary value, but now i'm kind of curious. does anyone know what they might be worth - as vintage illustrations?
