Hi, all. Hope your Saturday is splendid!
Could this mug remind you, Bellin, of the Guggenheim Museum of Art in NYC?

hello miKKoChristmas11 , i was thinking that but wasnt for sure , but your so RIGHT ON THE MONEY:) and thankyou very much miKKoChristmas11 for the confirmation:) scandinavian_pieces will be happy to hear and see these answer you have provided:)
Hi, Bellin, thanks so much for your most kind words! When I saw this delightful mug about 19 days ago, I thought of the Guggenheim, of various 'modern art' round buildings, and also of Art Deco lobbies here in the USA and in England. There are quite a few round lobbies with spiraling stairways. This mug also reminds me of a roll of crisply starched French linen, unspiraling. Also, a bit like a tall cinnamon roll unfurling. Now, if you should be so unfortunate as to break this magnificent mug, it will perhaps remind you of the Sydney Opera House:

For fun, here are some images of some more spiraling buildings.
