I bought these back in the days when Ebay was some strange site that sold Pez dispensers! If I remember I got them for around $5.
Two worn but still nice Florida SCV ribbons. Probably flown with a flag sometime.
I just found them at the bottom of a draw. Forgot I even had them! The tape is on the plastic envelope, not the ribbons.
