      Google maps can't find that numerical address (774) on Market Street, but if you do a bit more digging, "Phelan Block" reveals the Phelan Building at the intersection of Market and O'Farrell. It's the one-time Walgreen Building, built in 1908 (so it post-dates the big quake):
