Found this at a thrift store the other day for $5. I bought it on the look alone, because I was 95% certain it was 14k. I didn't see the mark until I was a few miles away though, standing in line at the bank, and sure enough, 14 karat gold... They're older too, probably 1940's-60's. It just goes to show that you CAN still find gold out there, even with all these gold-hounds that have come out of the woodwork since the price shot up.

Now that's an encouragement no thrifter can ignore! They are really beautiful too!
What a lucky you and beautiful too!
I guess you are the modern prospector! A pinch of gold dust will get you lunch or a sarsaparilla!
Great find, pretty too!
Haha, that made me LOL Amber
I loved the story that barkeeps would pinch a raw pea so they had a dent in their finger to get more gold dust. Don't know if it is true but it is a fun story.
