I also have a john D Raab rocker with a wicker? cane? seat and there are no arms. The sticker is still there, like yours. I have had an awful time finding any information of a useful nature.
I did manage to get in contact with antiques roadshow and told me it was worth around 600-1500 depending on the fine details and its shape
John d. Raab was a furniture manufacturer in Grand Rapids michigan. I have a rocker by them also. Found in the corner of my mother-in-law's garage! The cane seat needed replacing. Since then, I have broken the barley twist spindles in the back. I have it at th repair shop. Will have more info for you when i find my notes.
