I've had this little booklet 4 1/4" x 3 1/4" for about 7 years. I love the cover & I've heard it described by someone on ebay with the same book as the cover looking like something done by Clapsdale. I've had basically no luck finding any info on this. I believe the author was a poet. Anyway, just came across it today as I was cleaning & thought I'd share it!
