I have made reference to the 1960 model Ingersoll(US Time-Timex) watch several times on here(CW). Here's another of those, but not one seen quite as often.
This piece is a "Hopalong Cassidy" watch is the name only version. These like the other produced by US Time, were made in 1960. The big difference on this piece is that it's marked "Timex- Great Britian". It supports the original style band as the earlier versions and the tell-tell signature of Hoppy on the back.
